Project Scope:

The Optimum Group was contracted for the full development of the Maryland franchise of Boston’s Restaurants and Sports Bars. The franchise has, to date, included the development of the first restaurant in the franchise, in Waldorf, Maryland

The project included all aspects of the restaurant development from conceptualization, demographic study, space location, foodservice dining and kitchen design, construction management, permitting and the development of all operational systems.

TOG developed all cash control and financial and budgeting systems for the restaurant; created all orientation, staffing and personnel policy information. The tasks included the hiring of management and over 120 staff personnel, as well as the development of all training materials; conducted training for the full staff.
