Project Scope:
The Optimum Group was contracted to search for a pastry chef for this upscale caterer in Washington, D.C. The search was extensive and was conducted throughout the United States and internationally.
Over 50 resumés were received in the canvassing for this esteemed position. There was a short list of 10 that were further reduced through careful interviewing and reference checking.
Final candidates were evaluated and their talents sampled by The Optimum Group and the client before selecting the best person for the position. The search had taken us to Mexico where we found the most qualified person; he has proved to be excellent in meeting the high level requirements of this caterer.
